      I have had my Gucci watch for 26 years and was devasted when the strap broke and my jeweller informed me that the watch was obsolete and Gucci could not supply the required replacement part. So I discovered a strap available on the other side of the world. (I am in England). Your company answered my questions very promptly and having placed the order the strap arrived within a few days. Amazing! The local jeweller then fitted it for me and it all went together perfectly. The watch looks like new again and hopefully will last me another 26 years. I have been delighted with the service from your company
